*Okay, I did not expect Obsidian Kiss to get its claws into me the way it did… but wow. I was hooked pretty much straight away and couldn’t stop thinking about it when I wasn’t reading.
Eden is such a solid main character—strong, messy, human—and I found myself fully invested in her survival. And Nyx? Dark, intense, and absolutely magnetic.
The tension between them is chef’s kiss. Slow-burn, charged, and just the right amount of dangerous. Every scene they’re in together had me leaning in.
What I loved most is that this book isn’t just about romance. It’s gritty, emotional, and doesn’t shy away from how brutal this world can be. The stakes feel real, the choices matter, and nothing is handed to the characters easily. I definitely had those “just one more chapter” moments… over and over again.
